On a criminal justice standpoint, the Lego assembly can be proof of premeditated. Its circumstantial but could put a lot of puzzle pieces together.

Last time i checked, my taxpayer dollars dont go to walmart. Them getting a store broken into is not the end of the world. The attempted assassination of Congress and the Vice President on the other hand represents a much greater threat to the US
