As with most AI, result is only as good as the training data. Quality assessment of prev postings feels like the bottleneck

I hear you, though when you have time to fill / candidate quality data you understand of which postings bad / good

Pure expert systems don't have data w/outcomes + scale to compete. Some have tried. They don't work too well here.

I completely agree. I think of it this way: ML tells you what, "value-dense" findings show you why.
