She doesn't have to do the FBI interview. Just stalling to run out clock? To do it can harm her & hardly help her politically.

If she is subpoenaed by FBI, than she will appear. The question is why haven't they subpoenaed her to testify?

I don't think Clinton is guilty of anything more than a poor decision. She sought privacy. That was a mistake.
