President @realDonaldTrump and I filed an election contest on December 4 showing evidence of unlawful votes cast and counted in the election for President that are substantially greater in number than the margin. We have never a hearing, let alone a ruling, on our contest.
Georgia law requires election contests to be heard within 20 days of being filed. Twenty days have passed and it is now a new year. We have filed emergency motions and even an emergency appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court. But our case has still not been assigned a judge.
I share President @realDonaldTrump’s frustration. The system is broken if a candidate cannot even obtain a timely hearing on the merits of an election contest.
These courts and judges need to be removed and the system re installed, one sided justice is not justice
Abraham Lincoln arrested congressmen and dropped them off in other states. Look to history for ideas that work. 
How can so far no one be indicted for that??
