There have been reports of a power outage in Ashburn. The outage has been reported to providers and they’re currently working to fix the issue. A section of Ashburn Road is blocked off as they work to restore power, avoid the area if possible.

It was great to hear from the VNA to discuss the issues facing nurses in NoVA and across VA. Throughout the pandemic they have been at the forefront of providing support to our families, placing stress on their families, and creating staffing shortages in so many areas.

Today we are am saddened by the loss of Rep. Don McEachin. His service in the House of Delegates, State Senate, and the U.S. Congress made Virginia and the nation a better place. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and the constituents of the 4th Congressional district.
