Why a sad face? This recognizes Jerusalem as the Israeli capital. US Embassy "capital city", is the official way of referring to a US embassy. US Embassy Jerusalem/US Embassy Tokyo/US Embassy Ankara/and so on). Using "in country" is for referring to the embassy and consulate(s)
