Why? Reps almost nuked judicial filibuster under Frist in mid-2000s; the two parties only became more polarized since. And we see how important judicial nominations are to McConnell.

@SenJeffMerkley lost track of the flip that occurs like clockwork since 1980 every 6 to 8 years. -
That’s why he killed the Supreme Court filibuster? :) Please. Judicial filibuster’s days were numbered anyway.
