The problem in CA is that several candidates in a Jungle primary could allow two GOP'ers to win spots on the Nov. Ballot. The candidates aren't picking among themselves and there is no party primary to decide who competes in the Jungle primary, so if not the DCCC, who?

BTW, if local Dems can get the competitors to their preferred candidate out of the race, that would at least be a solution.
