There was no National Enquirer confidentiality agreement payoff, which is what this stems from. Had that been the case with that & unfolded this way I think it would have been covered the same way. That's what I think.

i don't think either one of us believes that the media would have been talking about Bill Clinton's illegitimate child while he was POTUS.

I wasn't a journalist back then. I agree that back then the bar would have been higher. That's proven by how gingerly the Monica affair was dealt w/. I was thinking more of 2016.

they published a report that in elementary school Romney pushed a kid on the playground and called him a fag. I really don't see the argument that its a timeline issue and not a partisan issue
