Some more conflict in #TX07 Dem primary: Kandice Webber, organizer of tomorrow's March for Black Women in Houston, tells me she read Moser's 2014 Washingtonian article this AM (that DCCC put up as oppo): "It was completely tone deaf and it just, it reeked of white privilege."

Laura Moser is a sponsor of the March for Black Women. "If I had read that article this time last week, she would not be sponsoring," Webber tells me. "I am a little uncomfortable with it because I think that at this point, she needs to answer for what she does."

Webber said until she read the article, she thought Moser and Westin should be the candidates in the runoff (and she has some criticism for Fletcher and Triantaphyllis, too). But now, she said: "After reading that article, Laura Moser has no business representing CD-7."

To be clear, Webber was taking issue with the idea in Moser's article that ppl should just get over housing prices in DC, noting that gentrification has raised housing prices so much that some black residents of DC have had to movehttps://twitter.com/howserob/status/969697388549083137 …
