What fees so different about Trump defending someone accused of wrongdoing here is that in this case, it's not just a he said/she said. There are awful pictures of the violence Rob Porter inflicted on his ex-wife.

Ah jesus, I didn't realize there are pictures of both his exes. But yeah, the crazy thing is Trump is just dismissing these pictures, it's not like people can say it's just someone's word against another. What a stain on an already stained WH.

Isn't it more than that? How would we know what/who to believe? I never believed Juanita Broaddrick's claim of violent abuse. If you weren't there, you don't know. We expect juries to think like that all the time.

I think this is a little more than a case of he/she said.

Juanita Broaddrick's case was one of violent crime (rape). We don't know if a physical argument in a marriage/relationship was actually a crime. Say she slapped him and he slapped her or vice versa. Who'd take that to trial?

He legally should not comment on his own belief of guilt/innocence in an employee. Period. He fired him, that should be enough.
