No. I was referring strictly to real estate levels. Although I don't know if the seeds weren't planted then.

Seeds or not, the many political divisions then were less wealth generated. Broader middle class that was both blue & white collar. Fewer two income households. Busing problems. Vietnam. Cold War. More for sure.
