I think this has been true at times at various institutions. But no industry is perfect.

"nothing is perfect" is a cop out when the mob is fixing the spread in college games. there are achievable imperfect levels above that

It's not a copout it's true. But then again we disagree on the broad point. But it's not like I can claim it's 100% pure, that's untrue.

of course nothing is perfect but compare the level of corruption in say, a national dog show with the way the NCAA runs basketball
