Disagree, in that I believe it takes both action & rhetoric. The cease fire is OK but real test is whether Russia's grip on Syria loosened.

Russia is propping up Assad, who is allied w/ Iran (and Russia allies w/ Iran on many things.) Why? To undermine U.S. So, all tied together
