U.S. biz would rather not uproot & leave country. If govt policy or financial packages make it feasible 4 them to stay, they'll stay.
There's a cost to doing business outside the country. Companies don't want to outsource. It's about competitiveness.

Right, so we agree. I'm just saying that outsourcing brings it's own challenges & biz would rather stay put.

If things were equal,US companies would rather stay. But things aren't equal and wont be vs $3 an hour and no benefits.

They can be made competitive w/ fewer regs & tax reform that includes a lower corp tax rate.
