    U.S. biz would rather not uproot & leave country. If govt policy or financial packages make it feasible 4 them to stay, they'll stay.

        There's a cost to doing business outside the country. Companies don't want to outsource. It's about competitiveness.

        That cost must not be that high as more and more companies decide to leave. Companies care about bottom lines.Not outsourcing

        If things were equal,US companies would rather stay. But things aren't equal and wont be vs $3 an hour and no benefits.

        They can be made competitive w/ fewer regs & tax reform that includes a lower corp tax rate.

        economists find for every manufacturing job kept, there will be 5-7 replaced by robots. No simple policy will stop this
