@DavidMDrucker Any background on why ND (others) wants to send slate of unbound delegates? Seems undemocratic to shut voters completely out.
@BaltimoreBlues I mean, not sure of exact motivation. But possibly because holding primaries costs $$$ & some parties like to control fate
