@DavidMDrucker There's nothing in the law that requires states to create exchanges, is there?https://twitter.com/DavidMDrucker/status/573183345296850944 …
Seems to me admin contingency for King case is nothing so that states are pressured to create exchanges. But just a guess

@DCDude1776 No but thinking probably that governors would feel compelled to make sure constits can afford care after losing subsidies -
@DavidMDrucker We'll see. If they didn't do it already, not sure what prompts them to do it now after all the $ wasted on prior attempts. -
@DCDude1776 I'm not saying they do it - just saying I bet that's the plan

@DavidMDrucker You mean their strategy, to pressure states to set up exchanges, will be the exact same strategy the statute itself pursued. -
@WHLPJr Yes. But difference, theoretically, is that people w/ insurance on exchange will lose subsidies. -
@DavidMDrucker Right, but per the law those not on state exchange shouldn't have rec'd subsidies in 1st place, admin decided to ignore this. -
@WHLPJr You're talking policy I'm talking politics. My point is that the admin is figuring a ton of pple see HC costs go up & govs flinch

@DavidMDrucker . Yup. Will be a massive campaign against Governors. WH will bypass congress altogether. Likely just say outright not capable -
@derek_maclean Yep. Clearly won't didn't any bill that diminishes the law & if anything passes that's what it would do
