@DavidMDrucker vast majority of Americans get their kids vaccinated. But it’s closer to 90% than 99%. Most of diff. is access, some anti.
How pervasive is "anti-vax"? When was time 4 my son's vax, pediatrician told us there was debate/we had choice - altho she stressed pro-vax.

@DemFromCT Not something I've paid much attn to. When it was my kid - I cut off the doctor & just said give him the d*mn shots. -
@DavidMDrucker bless you, thought the doc to themselves. -
@DemFromCT My Doc is good, she sort of apologized for presenting the choice but it was like she was compelled. Weird. -
@DavidMDrucker@DemFromCT Greg, wasn't vaccination rate over 95% as recently as 2000? So isn't drop more about antivax than lack of access? -
@Neoavatara@DavidMDrucker Median was 95% but half the states were lower, 8 were < 90 http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm6341a1.htm … and http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm6341a1.htm#Tab1 … -
@DemFromCT@DavidMDrucker Agreed; but interested in trends since 2000, when we had measles controlled; is the drop consistent across board?
