@msbs05 Maybe. But imagine no shutdown and nonstop O'care for final month of campaign. If theory is ACA boosted KC, then might have helped -
@DavidMDrucker impossible to know, but if GOP had stuck together on shutdown asking for delay (which Dems now want) might have won too -
@msbs05 Not a chance. The shutdown was killing the party w/ voters, especially in VA, and obscuring all the probs w/ O'care. -
