@DavidMDrucker @brianbeutler Serious Q: Reporters willing to throw flag on certain things--falsehoods--why not on reckless intransigence?
@ThePlumLineGS @brianbeutler Too subjective. IMO. A black and white falsehood is easier to spot. Plus I'm an analyst not an opinion'er.

@DavidMDrucker@brianbeutler fair enough. All I'd ask is folks remind readers Boehner himself has said not raising DL will destroy economy -
@ThePlumLineGS All politics is situational for these guys. They trade roles and rhetoric when they go back and forth tween minority/majority

@DavidMDrucker@brianbeutler Objectively accurate descrip of his position is hes demanding concessions in exchange for not destroying econ -
@ThePlumLineGS RIght, but I could say the same about Obama; He'd rather destroy econ than cut a deal w/ Rs on DL. Subjective. -
@DavidMDrucker Obama isn't asking for anything in exchange for agreeing to raise DL -
@ThePlumLineGS OK then how about this: Obama is willing to tank economy if Rs won't agree to raise taxes on fiscal cliff. Subjective... -
@DavidMDrucker Not really. Obama offered fiscal cliff deal in which both sides made concessions. Rs turned down. Tax hike was result of that -
@ThePlumLineGS My point is, it CAN be interpreted both ways. Conservatives legitimately view differently. Not saying you're wrong, just sjtv -
@DavidMDrucker I think we both know the basic situation is that one side wants a compromise and the other is constrained from compromising -
@ThePlumLineGS subjective. subjective. subjective. - 1 more reply
