Did Marco Rubio really come to Washington to help pass thousand page bills drafted in secret? I don't think so.
@bdomenech 10-4. FWIW, I think it's a specious argument, though a popular one when one opposes a particular bill, for several reasons.

@DavidMDrucker A fair point, but I think the issue here is stakeholders cutting deals in massive pieces of legislation, which is not new. -

@bdomenech That's understandable.Except they are-they are represented by various stakeholders (in theory.) And they vote. We've seen it work -
@DavidMDrucker For some, but I don't think many feel they have a seat at the table - Chamber not an avatar, etc. Certainly didn't with ACA. -
