Looks like this third #IRShearing will result in more of the same, IE. Nobody knows anything and nobody is responsible for anything
@DeeinColumbiaMD I think you're confusing two issues: Investigations may be independent, but cabinet/executive departments are not.

@DavidMDrucker If anyone in the WH had interfered with IRS in networkings they could be subject yo prosecution post Nixon! -
@DeeinColumbiaMD Interference is a broad term. There's running the place and there's using the IRS to target enemies, as Nixon did. -
@DavidMDrucker After Nixon Congress outlawed involvement in operations from outside of the agency & PBO has yet 2 make any pol appts 2 IRS! -
@DeeinColumbiaMD So if the IRS decides to target people, there's nothing that can be done? Is that you're argument? Not accountable? -
@DavidMDrucker First of all stick 2 the facts, the IG report plainly states these groups weren't targeted. Hyperbole is not an argument. -
@DeeinColumbiaMD The IG did not say that. The IG report uses the word "targeting" and George has said they might yet find political motives. -
@DavidMDrucker The point os this began with 1 employee inundated w/request using inappropriate key words 4 their search. -
@DeeinColumbiaMD I'm drawing no conclusions until I know who & hear what they say. But often this results from a permissible culture. - 4 more replies
