If @SenTedCruz offers amendment to imm reform that builds border fence and it passes, he's a GOP hero. If it fails...he's a GOP hero.
@hughhewitt To do so he'd have to decide to support the concept of the bill, altho granted his amend could pass & he cld still oppose bill.

@DavidMDrucker Step one: get fence and E-Verify and send to House. Big win foir@SenTedCruz Then wait and see what comes from conference -
@hughhewitt Solid plan. But interesting dilemma for TC. On JM - I think his big concern is CBO score. Other than that he'll support fence. -
@DavidMDrucker Allowing a CBO score to kill imm reform would be crazy. After trillions in wasted $...just crazy. -
@hughhewitt Can't argue. But I'll tell you there's concern that bigger the cost of overall bill, harder it is to get GOP support.

@hughhewitt@DavidMDrucker@SenTedCruz@marcorubio NO AMNESTY OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON. BUILD THE FENCE. QUIT TALKING ABOUT IT. DO IT.
