She voted for Gorsuch + a few other high profile Trump noms. A yes vote would have been consistent - at least before Kavanaugh controversy.

Oh absolutely. But I didn’t even think this stuff would change that. I feel like McCaskill has figured out a way to survive in a red state without simply reflexively taking the GOP position on everything. Heitkamp hasn’t.
