A more basic complaint about Kavanaugh I'm hearing from GOP'ers worried about House races: It's drowning out Republicans laboring to survive the brewing Democratic storm by running on a growing economy and booming jobs market. https://washex.am/2OfZcs1 =>https://twitter.com/DavidMDrucker/status/1045360660299878401 …

You couldn’t be more wrong. This is emboldening Republican voters all over the country. A lot of Republicans secretly hope this continues on for a while - because nothing will fire up GOP voters like what is happening right now.

Maybe so. But based on my reporting, I'm doubtful, although my analysis doesn't preclude that being the case in certain races. ... I think it depends on how this goes by the time it's over.

Point taken. I guess it depends on the state. For example. This vote is the deciding factor in Manchin race in WV. Polling shows a tie if he votes no. A 20+ point lead if he votes yes. Thoughts?

It depends on the state. Rs could pick up Senate seats and lose the House on the same day. Happy to answer your WV question but need you to explain it better - I don't understand it.

Just mean - do you believe that polling? Do you believe this single vote for Manchin is the ball game?

could be. not sure. but it is a big deal vote because he doesn't have many votes for something Trump wants to fall back on.
