I do want to check back with you here, are you actually saying that the phrase, 'Medicare for all is Medicare for none' is just a policy difference, and not fear-mongering at seniors that doesn't actually have any factual basis?

It could be a both. A Policy belief dressed up to motivate voters to oppose it. Probably not all that dissimilar from: Rs went to privatize Medicare
