      Disagree. @isamuel @WilliamBaude I think prob in Corcoran was that the COA's error meant that dist ct was powerless to evaluate petr's args

      What rule renders an otherwise-correct judgment “in error” because the judge didn’t read the brief carefully first?

      Maybe getting too word-twisty for twitter, but the rule is one obligating judges to consider properly raised arguments.
