@DavidLat@adamliptak my impression was that almost every case that took more than three pages to explain the ruling should be published. -
@brendanistan@adamliptak Well, there are some cases that raise many meritless issues that take more than 3 pages just to describe. -
@DavidLat@adamliptak yeah, those are the exceptions. we had one that was basically ten pages of reciting each issue and saying no to each.
