Does the new ABA 509 require reporting how many JDs are employed in school-funded positions? Does that boost numbers?

@GoldbergLawDC@DavidLat Not sure. Doubt it would be "real legal" job: ft+lt, bar passage required or ft+LT were JD is advantage -
@Bob_Morse@GoldbergLawDC Categories like full-time & long-term are independent of whether school-funded; a school can fund such positions. -
@DavidLat@Bob_Morse The ABA blew it by allowing this. School-funded jobs are a great idea, but they shouldn't count as employment.
