@DavidLat Nice! It's not an easy thing to do … I had to lose 40lbs once myself… really glad I did though.
Today I weigh 161.4 pounds. (This time last week: 162.8. Goal: 155.0 by Memorial Day.)

@DavidLat Today I weighed 193.3. Weighed 169 on April 5, 2011. Very concerned. Hope to get down to 192.8 tomorrow but bought Milano cookies. -
