The ‘Pro-Kavanaugh’ Case For Hearings Into The Latest Accusations: http://bit.ly/2OrFUN6 (re: @NYTimes op-ed by @DavidLat re: #SCOTUS #Kavanaugh #KavanaughConfirmation @NYTopinion)
That's @NYTimes house style (not my doing); see, e.g., this news article (same thing):https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/16/us/politics/brett-kavanaugh-christine-blasey-ford-sexual-assault.html?action=click&module=Top%20Stories&pgtype=Homepage …

I reread your article, .
@DavidLat, & you refer to her as "Ford" in the same paragraphs that you refer to him as Judge Kavenaugh. Why? Is this also NYT house style? Maybe you could read your article again & notice how you belittle Dr. Ford. Just a thought. Signed, Dr. BrunoThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

I think that it's time that changes. At what point do women scholars get referred to with their correct professional titles? When the New York Times deems it proper? If you're referring to Kavenaugh by his correct professional title, then it's only just to refer to her by hers.
