I know I should know this, but what happened to all the circuit and district court nominees that have been voted out of committee but not scheduled for a confirmation vote by McConnell? Does each dem senator get 30 hours to delay confirmation?

Yes, I believe they still require 30 hours of “debate” - seehttps://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/other-than-the-supreme-court-senate-democrats-have-brought-trump-nominations-to-a-crawl …

Thank you, I still don't see how many of the nominees that were voted out of committee several months ago (and many, last year) aren't coming up for a floor vote.
-
My understanding is that it’s 30 hours of Senate FLOOR time, not real-world time, per nominee, and you can’t have multiple nominees being “debated” at the same time.

Thank you again, I haven't seen the process/tactics explained clearly anywhere just yet.
