Think “K for K” - Justice Kennedy will likely be replaced by a former clerks of his whose surname starts with the same letter (e.g., Kavanaugh or Kethledge). #scotus #AppellateTwitterhttps://twitter.com/angrybell/status/1012066796772327427 …

Hardiman is too pro immigrant for this point in time. I would add Colloton, because the whole Ivy League big brain look. Just not Pryor please

I think Pryor’s moment might have passed (& apparently Team Gorsuch really dirtied up Pryor to clear the way for NMG the last time around). #scotus #AppellateTwitter

They would not vote against a woman R nominee. They would be done in the Senate. Also, Manchin will have to vote for her, and probably Donnelly as well. They already voted for her once, last year.

K for K? will you listen to yourself? Telling us to think K for K like some 9 yr old. Next you’ll notice some other likeness that happens to appear across and between the possibilities- and then the stars in the night sky will align to fit your theory and guesses.

Yep. And if Ginsburg or Thomas leave while Rs have WH and senate, Barrett and Thapar make sense as their respective replacements.

Justice Kennedy already has a successor: Justice Gorsuch. It is time Jusice Scalia gets a successor too.
