Setting aside the fact that it's "well actually"-ing slavery, I can't think of any examples off the top of my head of "many slaves" who "loved their masters and their masters loved them" in the Bible.

And of course the New Testament is almost entirely based around the theme of freedom, albeit spiritual freedom, which in the narrative of Jesus's life puts him a bit at odds with those looking for a political Revolution at the time to cast off Rome.

If slaves really loved their masters, why did the slave-holding states need those 2nd Amendment slave-patrolling "militias" to ensure the security of their "free" State by keeping the slaves from rising up in violent insurrection to slaughter their masters and win their freedom?
