As we head into the last few weeks of the Democratic run-off, my staff and volunteers have reported an increase of harassment and intimidation incidents. I cannot and will not be silent about these issues any longer.

Not a lie. Anyone can stand within the buffer as long as they are not campaigning, including translators. They were not campaigning. They were harrassed, their photo taken and spread in Dem groups online.
