I wish programmers worried about accessibility with the same righteous vigor as testing.

I feel like a lot of low-code design tools are the exact same as code, except with an extra step (learning how to use the visual design tools), and you're strongly discouraged from touching the code. "How do I do this" goes from "just code it" to "we don't support that yet"

Dear low-code/no-code companies: Code is *not* the hard part (IMO). The hard part is everything that can't easily be expressed with code, such as visualizing how everything is supposed to fit together.

All we do is talk about manipulating the DOM, but what about checking in and caring for the DOM?

Will React Native eventually support Suspense/Concurrent Mode? If so, will it have some way of coordinating with threads in native iOS/Android code? If so, will it be called a Suspension Bridge? 🌉

To clarify, this tweet is not meant to disparage the efforts of CSS developers, and this was not my intention, and also I'm a CSS developer so why would I disparage myself? 🤔 Replace "CSS bugs" with "minor bugs" which are present in any language.

Why this happened: 1. I clicked approve 2. Nothing happened 3. I clicked it again 4. Nothing happened 5. I clicked it 10 more times because I am human 6. Something finally happened... multiple times It can happen to you!

Initiatives like and GitHub Sponsors really help with this (and developers like me are super thankful for contributors 👏) but: 1. The majority of contributions equate to < min. wage 2. (for me) All contributions go directly back into the project/community

Some tips to recognize where code snippets belong: If something starts with `ng` it belongs in Angular If something starts with `use` it belongs in React If something starts with `v-` it belongs in Vue If something starts with `// ` it belongs in the trash

Wow, now that I understand state machines, I can't help but see them. I'm looking at code from last week and going: "Ah! These 7 state variables can be replaced by a single status variable!" 🔥 No more separate isLoading, isError, isSaving...Just status. 🤓
