When someone tells you "It's not hard to automate content moderation" they are: 1. Not an engineer 2. An engineer that has never actually tried to do this 3. Trying to grift someone There is no fourth option.

Start by properly define what should be moderated or not. I mean in non ambiguous way, that can be translated into an algorithm... and then it will be possible. If you say "Block all four letter word that start with an F." That is doable. If you ask: "Block profanity", it is not!
