I wish @BBCNews didn't reference this tweet. These are all standard questions that any project within a large company needs to answer/resolve when developing new IT solutions. It's like me going for surgery and questioning if will they give me anaesthetic...
I very much favour the use of IT in health but.... How is the data encrypted? Who has access to the data? Where is the data stored? Will the data be used for marketing? Will the data be sold?
