yes we know people are leaving NYC for suburbs cheaper larger Homes, less crime,better schools. BUT separately RICH NY’ers are leaving NYC & NYS because of high taxes is the BIGGER issue They represent < 1% of population but comprise almost 50% of tax revenue!

I really believe most New Yorkers don't realize who's paying for everything.

They should raise taxes and make housing free i guess
