1. I wish lack of education figured into this because that would make more sense. They hold multiple degrees and are well read.

2. They watch FOX and get their news from right leaning sources only. Facts mean nothing, especially facts from NYT and WaPo.

It's more likely due to being issue voters. Guns, abortion, immigration, religion.

It started there, has morphed into something else. If it were an issue thing, that wouldn't be scary. I wouldn't agree, but that's politics.
