I dislike this rhetorical device, but..... If Obama had used iPhones intercepted by the Russians and Chinese--and lost one in a golf cart--Republicans in Congress would have immediately launched 17 investigations. And Fox commentators would have been talking impeachment.

Did he really lose a phone in a golf cart? Are we sure it isn't stuck in between his butt cheeks? Has anyone checked?

I volunteer you to check. Since you've mentioned it.

I think that Dr. Ronny Jackson should check. He might want a good stiff drink first. Whatever he had before he took the stage for that press conference where he claimed Trump has "amazing genes" should do it. Failing that, let's ask Melanie.

I think he'd do it without a drink. Ronny always acted like he was in love with Bloatus.

Amen, President Obama was chastised for wearing a beige suit. If he did 1/16 of what this fool is doing, he wouldn’t have lasted past year 1. The hypocrisy is real. No the racism is more real.

I LOVE this rhetorical device. I don’t know why Dems eschew this rhetorical device. I know these reminders create frustration on our side without adequately shaming their side, but I am *vehemently* opposed to letting the hypocrisy go unnamed and undocumented.

I think it sounds weak and defensive only if we throw tantrums and scream “unfair! or expect agreement from the other side. But calmly noting the hypocrisy is passing and moving on to the issue at hand to short-circuit argument? We need to do it.

The GOP has accomplished a tremendous amount with long-term, patient, consistent messaging. Imagine what we could do with that commitment to message, armed as we are with the truth.

Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Democrats have terrible, incoherent, mixed messaging. Always taking nailclippers to a gun fight as @MichaelAvenatti would say.

Just as an aside, remember that the NSA, iirc, built President Obama a secure Blackberry b/c he didn't want to give his up. Hillary used a private server built for her husband by the SS b/c they wouldn't do the same for her. Why does Cheeto not have a secure iPhone?

It was offered. He declined. No camera, no mic, not able to store contacts. Basically phone only. Per MTP daily

I think I remember something about that now. I kinda suspect, given Cheeto Shitgoblin's raging paranoia, that he was afraid he'd be tapped .... & caught. Which of course only makes this even stupider. 🙄

Everyone dislikes the “if Obama had done (whatever Trump’s latest) he would have been impeached.” Unfortunately, it’s just plain true. Every day. Make it stop.
