14% of adults can't read. 29% read/ comprehend at basic level- 5th grade. Only 15% are fully literate- read/ comprehend at college level. The majority of the remaining 42% fall between 6-8th grade. The GOP vilifies education for a reason, which you saw tonight.

They are listed in a number of sources online. It was part of my thesis in grad school & sadly the numbers haven't changed much in at least a decade. Just google US Literacy Rates and you'll find a lot of resources.

Trump's people hire Line Standers thru Craigslist. Someone found an ad in Erie PA paper last week before rally there. Surely the cheers & jeers are started by paid agitators inside the crowds. It's all a reality show afterall.

He’s rehashing the civil war, to make southern voters feel justified in slavery and Jim crowe(the statues) and calling it states rights.
