In the last months, fully re-replicated our study with new and improved datasets (larger, more diverse), longer training times (improved model performace), and performed a more rigorous hyper-parameter sweep. Our humble GPU cluster worked almost contentiously for 5 months (3/n)

The updated pre-print text contains a small narrative change, and more precise discussion section, additional highly relevant citations were added, additional result involving SK ion channel's impact on input-output functionality and 9 supplementary figures were also added (4/n)

Why
@kaggle some of you might ask? Well, first kaggle has been my home for quite a while and I believe it should also be the home for all datasets, code and discussion about data related topics, and I hope it will become the home of all replicable science in the future (5/n)Show this thread -
but more technically, it's just really simply super easy and convenient to upload data and create live notebooks on
@kaggle, and I hope more of us will do this in the future themselves (1/6)Show this thread
