In the last months, fully re-replicated our study with new and improved datasets (larger, more diverse), longer training times (improved model performace), and performed a more rigorous hyper-parameter sweep. Our humble GPU cluster worked almost contentiously for 5 months (3/n)
The updated pre-print text contains a small narrative change, and more precise discussion section, additional highly relevant citations were added, additional result involving SK ion channel's impact on input-output functionality and 9 supplementary figures were also added (4/n)
Why @kaggle some of you might ask?
Well, first kaggle has been my home for quite a while and I believe it should also be the home for all datasets, code and discussion about data related topics, and I hope it will become the home of all replicable science in the future

but more technically, it's just really simply super easy and convenient to upload data and create live notebooks on @kaggle, and I hope more of us will do this in the future themselves
