New Tonight: Disturbing video from @WBFO in Buffalo, NY shows an elderly man walk up to police in riot gear. An officer shoves the man...he falls backwards, hits his head...starts bleeding immediately...motionless.

This is in no way different than scenes from protests in Syria, Iran, Russia or Turkey. This is what America is reduced to right now. It's a disgrace.

I am just asking a question, it's only a question. But when the man walked up to the police officers and put his hands on them is that not assault?
