Plastic leeches into the bottles when left in heat rendering it undrinkable.
Of course it expired given they never distributed to population!!! And you know why?? Cause their buddies that sell water told them not to distribute as they would have losses!!!
This is... insulting really. A stark reminder of everyone who went through extreme thirst and possibly ended up dying... all to stroke a government sized ego... Thank you as always for your amazing reporting though, David.
Seeing this makes me feel FEMA took advantage and practically turned a natural catastrophe into a genocide. WTF REALLY happened here?!

Lets see if I understand. it is usual for FEMA to dispose of expired water by throwing 10 million plastic bottles into fertile soil contaminating the area without warning to avoid misunderstandings
