These images were just released by border patrol @CBP showing the McAllen, Texas detention facility that we were allowed to tour today. For now, we can only rely on what they give us. “Protecting children’s privacy” is a legitimate assertion under a regime that deserves our trust. This one doesn’t. Has it made any attempt to get parents’ authorization to sign releases allowing the use of their children’s images? I’m sure the parents would sign if they could.
