In this clip, he is citing someone else’s position, not stating his own. I don’t want a single person who shared this clip to ever complain to me again about “oh why don’t facts matter anymore?”. Harris is choosing to lie here, period.

Thanks to those who begged Silicon Valley giants to become roving parents over the internet, we're now inundated with an endless ritual of journalists & politicians tattling on people they dislike to Principal Jack & Prince Zuck: pleading that they be given detention or time-outs

I fear we’re headed toward a place where hefty majorities of both sides of the electorate are going to regularly embrace unsupported and blatantly false assertions. Technological fragmentation of media enabled it, and siloed fan-servicing media practices are accelerating it...

  8. I no longer consider myself a Republican. I’m a Christian and a conservative who evaluates each race on the merits — and I’m happy to vote third party when appropriate. The “R” by a name no longer indicates that the candidate likely shares my values or political goals.

So CNN’s staff is either extremely stupid or they’re willfully peddling false information. Tough call, but I think I know which it is.

This is a horseshit claim. The conservative intelligentsia was one of the few elements of the GOP that consistently, implacably opposed Trump.

A couple of weeks ago, some folks who oppose Kavanaugh on grounds of judicial philosophy chided me for suggesting that anyone was attacking his character and integrity. What say you now, ?

Important by ⁦⁦⁩. Democracy is designed for disagreement. It is undermined by mutual contempt. The Senate SC process has been broken a long time. But now there is not even a pretense of fairness/decency. And a good man pays the price.
