Here is the latest draw for Canadian Express entry completed last week for permanent residency. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile/rounds-invitations.html …. there are travel restrictions not moratorium on immigration
