Sorry to be That Guy, but I'm not aware of any AV engines that will flag the eicar string in the middle of a file. AFAIK it needs to be in a file on its own. Saving a text file containing just the string immediately triggers Windows Defender, doing so with leading string does not. Was fun while it lasted.
